The prevalence of phone addiction among children has become a growing concern, with detrimental effects on their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Excessive screen time can lead to sleep disturbances, poor academic performance, social isolation, and even physical health issues such as eye strain and musculoskeletal problems.
